mprojekt@livejournal.comI was born in Palo Alto, CA at the Stanford Medical Center but I grew up in Truckee, CA. I learned how to ski, survive in blizzards, fish, camp, and shoot aminals and then eat them. I moved back to the Bay Area just in time to finish junior high at Peterson Middle School. Wilcox High School did very little to change my view of the world and the people around me. My time in the US Army Field Artillery made things worse but I broke my foot and severely damaged my ankles. I got shipped home and had to learn how to play well with other civilians. I solved this by becoming very, very good at cooking... and fixing computers... and stuff... and other stuff...
So here I am in my 30s - a technical writer by trade and my interests and hobbies include: photography, cooking, baking, women, hiking, movies, anime, hunting, guns, history, science, science fiction, astronomy, military everything, miniature crafting and painting, airsoft, camping, sex, good food, good beer, frozen yogurt, and gaming. Of these, I REALLY enjoy cooking, baking, and photography. Anime, target shooting and MilSim come second.
I have a weakness for women of European stock. Asian ladies generally don't interest me beyond friendship. I have absolutely no qualms when it comes to taking photographs of attractive women of any ethnicity.
I do not believe in God, Yahweh, Allah, Jesus, or the Flying Spaghetti Monster - if I have to beleive in invisible friends, I choose Shinto-ism. Simple offerings, gestures to display our respect for nature and the world around us, that I can wrap my head around. Overly gaudy and elaborate ceremony is for Hollywood, dick-size weddings, or rock concerts. BESIDES... What kind of sorry-ass religions can only afford ONE god?
